I have had issues with the Saab service center in the past but Tim has always made things right and continues to treat me with honesty and integrity. We have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 4 years from Jim Ellis Mazda (the Saab was purchased used) and have been very happy. I am the Operations Manager for a large transmission remanufacturer. I spend the majority of my day on the phone with vendors or putting out fires.
